You have a 60-day money-back guarantee on your REVITIVE Circulation Booster. To get optimal results, use your REVITIVE for the 60 days consistently to truly see how it works for you! If you must return it, please follow the instructions below in order to ensure your refund.
How to return
Your refund is dependent on the device reaching us safely
- Please call our U.S. customer care team Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern at 1-866-260-3114 toll-free, to request the return.
- We will issue you an RMA number and provide you with a pre-printed UPS tracking label.
- Box your device, put the label on, take it to a UPS store within 10 days of receiving your RMA and label. Keep your tracking number.
- When the tracked box arrives in our warehouse, it will be logged in and refund processing will begin.
- Within 7 days, your bank card will be credited the full amount of your purchase, less the shipping cost.
- It is important to use our label because without it, we have no way of knowing when your box arrives; this puts your refund at risk.
How much will the return shipping cost?
The return shipping fee is $19.95
Maybe I can get a better shipping rate myself – can’t I just ship it on my own without your label?
From some locations closer to our warehouse, the cost may come in a bit less, but other areas may come in higher. That’s why we charge an average $19.95 fee. We are not profiting from return shipping fees. The critical reason for using our shipping is the return shipping label. One that comes from our system means your name and order is linked to it, so when it is tracked and arrives at our warehouse, your refund can be activated. Boxes that arrive at our warehouse without being linked to our system can’t be tracked against a refund request, and then we can’t guarantee you get your purchase price back.
Can I ship it back and put “bill receiver” on it?
We can’t accept "bill recipient" packages and we can’t guarantee the refund of your purchase price in this case.
